The Family Support Program operates two models. Building futures, recruits and trains volunteers who are matched with foster children and other children referred by the Department of Child Safety. Volunteers work with the children on educational goals. Growth Through Groups provides groups for childdren and parents. Children's groups address issues such as social skill development. Parenting groups address issues raised by parents who have worked with the intensive program where child protection has been an issue.
