Student Resource Scheme
Our school manages a Student Resource Scheme (SRS) as a way of providing quality consumables and resources for students, saving parents/caregivers money and the need to shop for schoolbooks. The scheme also allows students to have the learning requisites available efficiently and effectively with minimum inconvenience. Participation in the scheme is voluntary. Parents/caregivers can either pay the fee or purchase ALL the items on the Year Level list. The participation fee is economical because the school purchases quality items in bulk therefore receiving significant discounts.
The scheme is used to purchase all the stationery needs of your child – exercise books, pencils, rulers, erasers, glue, folders, etc. This package is not available in part. A copy of the booklist has been included with this letter.
To enable materials to be utilised in the first week of school, payment should be made before the end of this year, or for new enrolments during the first week of school. For any special payment arrangements including payment plans, please discuss the matter with our SRS Accounts Officer. Students will not be issued with materials until they have joined the scheme by submitting the Participation Agreement Form.
Parents/caregivers who do not wish to participate in the scheme are expected to provide all necessary stationery and resources for their child/ren as detailed on the Year Level lists.

While this scheme is voluntary, parents/caregivers are required to indicate whether they will be participating or not, by signing and returning the Participation Agreement Form.

The amount approved by the P&C for 2026 will be $10 per student (max $40/family). Please take the time to read the information on the back of this notice.
Your contribution is greatly appreciated and is used entirely for the benefit of students and the school community.
