At Morayfield East State School, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom, which is why we offer a wide range of camps and excursions that enrich the educational experience for all students. Our Year 6 students enjoy an unforgettable adventure at Currimundi Recreation Centre, where they build independence, resilience, and teamwork through a variety of outdoor activities. Year 5 students attend camp at Apex Youth Camp in Mudjimba, engaging in exciting challenges that support personal growth and strengthen peer connections. These camps are often a highlight of the school year, providing valuable life skills and lasting memories.
Across all year levels, students participate in a variety of engaging excursions designed to complement the curriculum and spark curiosity. In 2025, these include visits to Osprey House, Australia Zoo, White Ridge Farm, Caboolture Historical Village, the Brisbane Planetarium, and Wildlings Forest School, just to name a few. We also welcome high-quality incursions such as Starlab, World of Maths, Ocean Life Education, and many more. These experiences bring learning to life, helping students make real-world connections while having fun. Our camps and excursions are thoughtfully planned to inspire, educate, and create joyful moments that enhance every child’s school journey.
